"Chaos"-- confused, unorganized and unpredictable. Sound familiar? It does to me and maybe it describes your life too. I found out God has a solution, it's prayer! I don't mean the "now I lay me down to sleep" kind of prayer. I mean the "I am talking to my best friend who just happens to be the God of the universe" kind of prayer! God promises that if you and I will pray to Him, really pray to Him"… you will experience God's peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:7, NLT). Now God doesn't unscramble my schedule or organize my household or send me postcards with solutions to my day, but He he does give me peace and direction as I bring every situation to Him. And He will do the same for you! He will walk through the chaos with you and bring a calmness to your heart and mind that no one else can. What are you waiting for? Talk to Him!
